Bland krydderier og hjortetakssalt med lidt af melet og brug det f\u00f8rst. \u00c6lt mel i til en ensartet dej. L\u00e6g dejen i k\u00f8leskabet i en time. Rulles tyndt ud og udstik figurer. Skal bages p\u00e5 en smurt bageplade, Tryk en halv mandel p\u00e5 hver kage.
